We're in a world that's full of rejection and we go through the motions sometimes everyday- but inside our heart is dying. That's how rejection can feel. One of the first things the Bible tells us about Jesus is that He knows how it feels to be rejected (Isaiah 53:3), it says that Jesus was rejected. He understands our pain (Hebrews 4:14-16)

* As hard as it is to believe, rejection is not the end of the story. Sometimes God has something better waiting for us immediately or sometimes better just up the road or around the corner.

* Pour our your heart and feelings to God like in (Psalm 62:8). You know what? You can be perfectly honest with Him.

* Forgive. because it's easy to let anger and hurt feelings turn into resentment, bitterness and hatred. And in the long run, that hurts you and keeps you from healing and health, joy and happiness, and blessings and favor of God in the future.
